| 02-10, 2009

On February 14, 2009, in São Paulo–Brazil, Master DeRose gives a practice of ashtánga sádhana, in commemoration of the Yoga Day that happens on February 18 in Brazil. The practice is open to students and Yoga instructors. The revenues totally revert in favor of an institution of social solidarity. The event will still count with some complemental activities, still to designate.   The ashtánga sádhana, as the name indicates, is a practice in 8 parts that constitutes one of Swásthya Yoga’s principal characteristics. Swásthya Yoga is the systematization of Ancient Yoga done by Master DeRose, known brazilian Yoga Master and writer, in the decade of 1960. This will be an unique event because it will be the first practice of ashtánga sádhana that Master DeRose will give in many years. Master DeRose occupies his time mainly in the teaching of courses of Yoga instructors’ formation and in the writing of books. The registrations are made through the directors of Credentiated Units of DeRose’s Network (Rede DeRose). The number of vacancies is 600, but like on similar events that happened in the past, it is foreseen that many more people will want to attend.
