Lisbon: Alternative Fair 2009 with workshops, classes and demonstrations of Yoga

Many schools and Yoga teachers will be present at this year’s Alternative Fair in Cordoaria National (Lisbon – Portugal), offering the visitor the opportunity to know more about Yoga.

Visitors can attend demonstrations of physical exercicies (ásana – physical positions), mantra vocalizations (the techniques involving sound), classes and workshops. The program includes yoga for children and addresses Meditation and Áyurveda (the native system of medicine of India).
