And the program includes meditations through the mindfulness method, talks, walks and light yoga exercises. There are also several beatiful movies on the program. It shall also be a playfull week, with joy, laughter and housekeeping …

Testimony:
… it seemed to be a good time, place and opportunity to have the necessary insight and courage to take decisions about what we truly want to do with our present life. At least, in the end, that’s what happened with me and that’s what I did. I got out of a major crises that was blocking me. And for the time being, it seems that I have lost the fear of the new crises to come, or of ending up completely out of track, missing it all.
And … the peaceful good company of that week, without any intrusion in the personal matters of each one, made it all unforgettable and splendid. And for all that I really feel much grateful.
