Yoga Centre Ananda organizes a 5 day holiday for in Muda – Grândola (Portugal), in the area of Alcácer do Sal, 80 minutes from Lisbon.
The program includes:
– Long yoga practices – Meditation – General knowledge of Thai-Yoga massage Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy being in an unique location, in contact with nature, to socialize with other participants, to appreciate delicious vegetarian recipes, swimming in lakes and in the pool, and also to visit the Alentejo’s coast, 10 minutes away from the site.
