Rachel Lovegrove is an Iyengar specialist who has taught in the UK and Portugal for over 10 years. She had trained with the Iyengar family and senior teachers in the UK for the past 20 years.
Her two remaining holiday dates for 2009 are 12th to 19th September at the lovely Quinta Mimosa, Algarve and 29th September to 2nd October at the equally special Quinta da Calma. She teaches in a calm and measured way and her courses are suitable for all levels of student from beginners to advanced.
