Italy: 6th Festival of India
Grugliasco – Torino | 2nd – 3rd – 4th October 2009
Emy Blesio, renowned Italian Yoga Teacher and chairman of many international yoga organizations, organizes the 6th edition of The Festival of India. This time dedicated to the international day of non violence, recalling Gandhi in his journey of non-violence.
The Festival will host the 8th International Congress of Yoga & Áyurveda and the 2nd Symposium of Spirituality “Ray of a Unique Light”.
There will be plenty of activities: yoga, áyurveda, dance, music, martial-arts, handcrafts, restaurants, exhibitions, awards, fashion…. and much more….: spirituality, Science, welfare…
The program includes…
A delegation from New Delhi, will honour the festival with a speech during opening and closing event.
India, its culture will be celebrated with the installation of a statue of Mahatma Gandhi, and with a fire ceremony that will follow… The impressive ceremony of the procession of 192 flags of many recognized states, plus those of the States not yet recognized. The enchanting shows, crafts etc… etc.
Everything is going well in Grugliasco … great artists, performers and speakers have confirmed their presence.
