Italy: Rainbow Family Yoga 200h Teacher Training and Family Yoga Holidays in Tuscany

Gopala Amir Yaffe, founder of Rainbow Kids Yoga will be guiding a Rainbow Family Yoga 200h Teacher Training in Tuscany, Italy! In parallel there will be a Family Yoga Holiday where parents and children will be able to enjoy a fun and relaxing Yoga vacation and classes with senior teachers.
If you want to become a Yoga Teacher for families, children, babies, and more, or, just want a deliciously relaxing and fun Yoga retreat for you and your family, this is a great opportunity.
The focus of the Rainbow Family Yoga Teacher Training is family and society. They believe that the peace and joy of Yoga can penetrate deeper into our world by sharing it with families. After successful completion of the teacher training requirements, you will be certified to teach all of the following:
- Fertility Yoga
- Women’s Yoga (Women’s cycles and hormonal changes)
- Prenatal Yoga
- Postnatal Yoga
- Baby Yoga
- Yoga for Kids
- Yoga for Teens
- Family Yoga
- Partner Yoga
- And Community Yoga
The training will also attempt to open your mind and your heart, and to empower you to become part of the constant evolution of Yoga.
The 200 hour Family Yoga Teacher Training is an intense experience. It includes study and practice for about 8 hours a day but there will still be some free time for relaxing in the gorgeous Tuscan landscape! You do not need to be a yoga teacher to take this training, but a regular yoga practice is required.

Rainbow Family Yoga Holiday
Come play, relax and do Yoga together on the beautiful Tuscan hills! Reconnect with yourself and with your family, feast every sense with joy, and celebrate life together. We have kids activities available for about 7 hours a day, so there is plenty of time for parents to get some of their own relaxation time as well as enjoy Family Yoga classes, and depending on when during the training you come, you may catch some Partner Yoga classes as well!
Over this gorgeous time you will experience:
- Kids Yoga, Family Yoga… and even some Partner Yoga
- Rejuvenating relaxations and fun guided imagery
- Thai Yoga massage for the whole family
- Light hearted meditations and breathing practices
- Energetic Yoga games and exciting activities in and out of the ocean
- Creative activities (all manner of arts & crafts and creative play)
You’ll all return home rejuvenated, fully stretched, overflowing love in your hearts, and a sparkle in your eyes!
No previous yoga experience is necessary.

None of the activities are mandatory and there is plenty of time to relax in the sun, take a dip, observe the geese, donkeys and horses, explore the garden and vineyards, and go for a hike!
