UK: New Year Retreat With Rev. Padma, Ammaprema Grace & Annie Malone

Come and join your spiritual family for a peace filled New Year Yoga Retreat in the beautiful countryside of Cornwall.
Penmellyn is a comfortable, large family house where after our yoga programmes we all come together for tea and cake in the Aga-warmed kitchen or relax on the big comfy sofas in the sitting rooms. Set in its own grounds, Penmellyn is just a few minute’s drive to some of Cornwall’s loveliest beaches and great country walks.
During the Retreat:
- Rev. Padma will be sharing new ways of living in the peaceful heart, through her gentle wisdom, guided meditations and deep Hatha Yoga practice.
- Ammaprema Grace will be bathing us in Divine healing sound with her gong and Tibetan singing bowls.
- Annie Malone will be playing the Hang and the guitar and singing her beautiful bhajans and mantras and, as a special surprise, also performing a new song for the first time.
As Monday is a bank holiday we are offering it as an extra optional relaxing day, just for enjoying being together with a free programme, as a lovely way to start the new year.

Value: The cost of the Retreat from 4 pm Friday to 4pm Sunday is £140And the cost of the Retreat from 4pm Friday to 4pm Monday is £170.
