Rowan Cobelli & Lucy Cannon will guide an Integral Yoga Weekend at Quinta da Calma in the Algarve, Portugal.
Ásana – Philosophy – Mantras – Pránáyáma – Relaxation – Meditation
Finding Integrity: Here we will look at strength and support in ásana, learning about muscular connection, and a relationship to ‘earth’ as a foundation for space.
Inversions Workshop: Developing and understanding shoulderstand, headstand, forearm balances and handstand.
Playful Transitions: Transitions can be fun and strengthening. In this workshop we will explore some arm balances, crow variations and balance transitions.
Bringing Depth into Practice: This final workshop will help integrate all we have learnt into the class setting.
About Rowan Cobelli
Rowan has been practicing Yoga for 18 years and teaching full time for 12, he is now offering Yoga from a variety of perspectives. Through his own exploration, and the insightful way Integral Yoga brings all aspects of Yoga and Yoga Philosophy into the actual mechanics of movement, he teaches how to blend many skills and depths into a way of moving.
