Vijnana Yoga Workshop “Practice of the Vayus, Access Your Energy” with Teresa Caldas in the Algarve.
The morning is opened to all levels of yoga practitioners. We will do meditation, kriyas, pranayamas, and vayus.
This is followed by the asanas where we include vital principles and several breathing techniques.
The afternoon is dedicated to yoga practitioners with more experience or teachers. We will approach and discuss several themes like: the anatomical bases of the body in yoga; the concept of limits; awareness of physical and mental body; energetic body.
