Portugal: Workshop with Danny Paradise

As reported in a previous post, Yogi Danny Paradise, professor of Madonna and Sting, will be in Portugal for a Yoga Intensive in July. The news now is the workshop that he will give in Matosinhos (Porto) on July 16.
Thus, the dates to remember are:
- July 16 Workshop in Matosinhos (Porto).
- July 18 and 19, course in in Almada (Lisbon), at Centro de Yoga e Artes in Almada close to Cristo Rei.
The practice of the intensive are suitable for all ages and levels of experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners, to students and teachers of ALL forms of YOGA. Taking into account the way the practice is taught, these sessions are also considered Yoga teachers training.
