About Amy Hollowell Sensei

Amy Hollowell Sensei is the founder of the Wild Flower Zen Sangha and dharma successor of Catherine Genno Pagès Roshi, in the Soto Zen lineage of Taizan Maezumi Roshi, founder of the Los Angeles Zen Center.

She has been teaching Zen meditation in Portugal since 2004, leading retreats and meditation workshops, and giving lectures. She is also a poet and a journalist, and lives in Paris since 1981.
