Russell Stone will be at Yoga Ananda Holistic Centre in Reigate, Surrey, to present the workshop “Sounding From The Heart”.
In this workshop you will discover an exciting way to connect with your inner being through the voice.
Russell will take you through a session of Yoga Nidrá, enabling you to connect deeply with yourself and then when connected, he will take you on a path to explore your own sound with love (Yoga Nada). This process has been developed through MA research as Sound Recovery Therapy™, a way to contribute to your sense of well-being.
Through engaging with this sound you will be taught to access techniques for:
- Identifying and learning to cope with negative, habitual thought patterns
- Calming the mind
- Nourishing creativity and spontaneity
- Moving beyond the ego
About Russell Stone
Russell Stone is a singer extraordinaire and world-class vocalist, Yoga Teacher / Psychotherapist specialising in group “sounding” as therapy and integration, is known for his self-penned world-wide hit “We Do It”, which he performed with R & J Stone in the 70’s.
