Portugal: Festival of Light “Rhythms of Life” at Quinta da Calma

This year the Festival of Light at Quinta da Calma will be a Festival of total well-being, with a focus on the newest treatments and therapies available (together with the old ones) at the Quinta, in the fields of de-tox, anti-aging, fitness, radiant health and wellness! Free classes of Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation & Voice plus presentations and demonstrations to experience the subjects discussed. Fabulous vegetarian food, dance, movement, children´s activities and much more! Come and join in the fun and the learning!
Artists and Artisans
As in previous years there will be several Artists and Artisans with the exhibition and sale of various items:
- Dani with clothes from India
- Diane with crystals
- Fiona with handmade ceramic
- Gaynor with recycled clothes
- Isabel with handmade soaps
- Josef with teas from around the world
- Karen and Stuart with colorful clothes
- Karin with Aloe Vera products
- Mandy with paint on canvas
- Nina with jewelry with crystals
- Sophie with handmade shoes

Several therapists and shops are also represented:

Weekend
Several therapists will be available for sessions during the weekend, such as:
