Amy Hollowell Sensei is visiting Portugal to guide a Retreat in Braga and a Talk in Porto. Amy Sensei is the founder of the Wild Flower Zen Sangha and dharma successor of Catherine Genno Pagès Roshi, in the Soto Zen lineage of Taizan Maezumi Roshi, founder of the Los Angeles Zen Center. Amy has been teaching Zen Meditation in Portugal since 2004, leading retreats and meditation workshops, and giving lectures. She is also a poet and a journalist living in Paris since 1981.

Program
- Silent retreat, open to all, beginners and experienced practitioners
- Meditation sessions throughout the day
- Instructions and teachings given by Amy Hollowell Sensei; possibility for individual interviews with the Sensei
- Meditation through action (participation in daily activities to support the retreat).
- During this retreat there will be a Jukai ceremony.
Practical Information
- Vegetarian meals.
- Accommodation in single or double room with private bathroom.
- If you have, please take meditation cushion and carpet for your own; take a blanket for comfort in the meditation hall.

Casa da Torre – Centro de Espiritualidade e Cultura – is property of Companhia de Jesus, located in Soutelo, Concelho de Vila Verde, seven kilometers on the North of Braga.
