We are celebrating the 9th anniversary of the Osho Festival of Music and Meditation at Pomar da Serra, S. Teotónio, Portugal.
The Osho Festival of Music and Meditation is a meeting place of all generations, diving into a magic world of music and silence, filled with joy and laughter. An enchanted land in the hills of Alentejo, under the full moon light, held by the beauty of nature – we all become children again, playing, singing and dancing, celebrating our existence on this earth.
The richness in this festival lays in the depth of the experience of oneness, the program is created as a journey, using different techniques of meditation and therapy, to create space inside us, to feel our beauty, our light and see it reflected in all the others , to feel the pulse of existence and let this energy carry us.
Inspired by Osho’s vision of “Zorba The Buddha”, a celebrative approach to life and our spiritual journey into our own awakening. The Zorba enjoys all aspects of life to the fullest, he is deeply rooted in his body and in his relations, he loves to sing, dance and laugh. The energy of the Buddha is reflecting our inner silence, is rooted in our innermost being, serene, and content in our solitude. When both aspects of our beings are fully alive, we are complete, we are in tune with the universe.
Osho’s teachings have been like a golden thread accompanying our lives since we first met him in Poona, India in the seventies. Living in his presence and experiencing his love, his silence and his beauty, together with thousands of friends in this same energy field, in this silence… initiated a deep transformation in us, washing away old wounds and concepts, allowing us to connect to ourselves and to others in a loving and joyful way.
