A Discussion on Yoga and its Effect on the Body-Mind as it Relates to Current Scientific, Medical and Psychological Research.
An evening of dynamic discussion with research scientist, medical doctor and psychology professor from the world renowned Karolinska Intitute in Stockholm, alongside highly regarded and studied Yoga teachers from Sweden, hosted by Eddie Stern, author, internationally-acclaimed Yoga teacher and founder of Brooklyn Yoga Club in New York City.

The evening s discussion will be in English and run approximately 3 hours long. Guest speakers will each speak about 30 minutes on their work and then be led in a discussion moderated by Eddie Stern.
There will be time set aside at the end of the program for questions & answers.
