Moving into Silence Retreat in Algarve – with Swami Karunananda, Nalanie Harilela Chellaram and Luckshmi Lucy Cannon in Monchique.

A 5 day Retreat with 2 full days of Silence in the Monchique mountains. There will be daily meditation, hatha and rája Yoga classes. Time for walks in the mountains and treatments. More details to follow soon. This retreat is open to Yoga teachers and regular practicioners of Yoga.
Value: Price for retreat including shared accommodation and meals 480€. No single accommodation available.
